Small Parcel Redemption FacilityThe small parcel redemption facility opt-out period has now closed. For unitholders who elected not to opt-out of this offer will have their units redeemed and the proceeds paid either by direct deposit into a nominated bank account or by cheque mailed to the registered address. Payments will be made on the 22nd December 2011 and statements will be mailed shortly after.
Tax Statements for the Esplanade Property Fund for the 2011 financial year will be forwarded to unitholders on or around 28th September 2011.
The components of the distributions for the 2011 financial year is 100% tax deferred.
