40 Market St Trust - Entrust Fixes Interest Rate on Drawn Down Debt

Entrust Funds Management Ltd (Entrust) is pleased to advise that it has fixed the current outstanding debt of the Trust ($23m) at a total annual rate of 7.99% for the period to 28 June 2012.


By fixing the rate at 7.99% per annum, when taking into account the floating rates paid to date the average interest rate to 28 June 2012 will be approximately 7.85% per annum.


  


Debt Refinancing Complete – 40 Market St Trust
Entrust are pleased to announce that the debt refinancing for the 40 market St Trust was completed successfully. The Suncorp facility has been discharged in full and the NAB facility successfully drawn down.
